In reviewing the calendars of the cutting associations, it looks lilke it will be difficult to get some cuttings in until May; however, I will keep looking. Additionally I am working on coordinating a Sort N Rope in May in conjunction with the High School Rodeo. There will be some cuttings held in June and July for all to get ready for the Super Cowhorse and Fiesta. I am working on those dates and hope to have them firmed up in the near future. For those 2-Man Sort competitors, I will contact Tammy Evans and see if we can't get those going early in the year.
Saturday, September 8th - this will be for the 3 year olds only as a warm up/practice to the Snaffle Bit.
I am working on a sponsorship/advertising/buckle/"anything you want" letter to send to potential SYVEA members or businesses in the hopes of gathering some interest in sponsoring these and other shows. If you are interested or would like more information, please feel free to contact me. We need everyone's help in order to make these shows successful for the SYVEA and the contestants it caters to.
